Business plans
The business plan serves to clarify, focus and research a project. It provides a framework to help plan and identify strategies. It serves as a basis for discussions with third parties (banks, investors, among others), to address expected and unexpected opportunities and obstacles that the future holds, and to successfully navigate through the particular competitive environment of that business, whether it is a new venture, an expansion of an existing firm, a spin-off of a parent corporation, or even a project within the established organization.
