Due diligence

The main objective of the due diligence is to carry out by the buyer, a detailed investigation of the different business areas of the company to be acquired, in order to know the real situation of the company in all its areas. This process is based on the good faith of both buyer and seller, both interested in successfully carrying out the transaction under fair conditions.

During the whole process there is a strict confidentiality on all the data that is handled, protecting the interests of the buyer, in case the transaction is carried out, and of the seller in case it is not carried out.
