AML/CFT/FPADM Prevention Regulations
Establish and unify the standards, procedures and controls that at least the Regulated Entities must adopt, develop and implement to prevent money laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, taking into account their level of risk, determined based on their respective evaluations associated with structures, customers, businesses, products, services, distribution channels, markets and jurisdictions where they operate, in order to mitigate the risk that their transactions are used as mechanisms to legitimize capital from illegal activities or to finance the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, customers, businesses, products, services, distribution channels, markets and jurisdictions where they operate, in order to mitigate the risk that their transactions are used as mechanisms to legitimize capital from illicit activities or to finance both terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
