Coaching

Its objective is to offer support and guidance to companies in order to enhance the scope of their transformational strategy through an approach to practical concepts of corporate governance that allow the proper conformation and management of the bodies and committees necessary for an efficient corporate governance structure, defining members, functions, periodicity and topics to be discussed in the follow-up spaces, aligning the scope of each member. 

Likewise, this coaching serves to detect difficulties and problems that may be brewing within already defined or pre-existing governance structures, either among members or instances. In situations of this type, the coaching offered helps the company to learn how to deal with highly relevant issues from the ground up, speeding up the application and scope of any strategy required for the positioning and/or achievement of high-impact organizational goals.
